How to Edit Clinical Note Templates in Dentrix
Every once in a while you might want to add or change one of the clinical note templates in Dentrix.
At first blush, you might be tempted to look in the Office Manager under Practice Setup, but nothing really stands out and says “Hey, I’m clinical note templates!”
It’s a little hidden:
Office Manager > Maintenance > Practice Setup > Definitions…
Set the Definition Type to Custom Notes and there you go.
