Our Digital Office Setup

We are a paperless office using the following technologies to be efficient:

• Dentrix 11.1
• statements are sent using Dentrix’s QuickBill service
• most claims are set using Dentrix’s eClaim service
• some appointment reminders are sent via DemandForce
• we use a ScanX phosphor plate system for all xrays
• we scan in outside films with a Epson 1680 flatbed
• We use Apteryx XVLite to manage our images on a day-to-day basis and XRay Vision for heavy lifting
• We scan in documents on an as-needed basis with a Canon 2080C duplex scanner with ADF
• We use an internally developed messaging system for communicating throughout the practice (5 ops, front desk, back desk, lab, Drs. office)
• We use Einstein wireless intraoral cameras regularly
• We also use a Fuji S2 Pro for color matching shots for the labs
• We recently added iPods with noise-cancelling headphones that the patients really like
